My name is Fabrício Fagundes, and I'm a 2D artist based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

I owe a lot to my parents for encouraging my interest in drawing since childhood. I grew up copying my favorite characters onto paper and reading drawing courses by Mozart Couto, sold at the [nostalgic] newsstands. As I began to have contact with fantasy works—starting with Hercules, Aladdin, Mulan, and Harry Potter, and later with Dungeons and Dragons, Final Fantasy, Magic the Gathering, and The Lord of the Rings—it was inevitable for me to fall in love with the genre.

I graduated from the School of Fine Arts at UFRJ with a degree in industrial design. I also completed an exchange program at the Politecnico di Torino, focusing on design and visual communication, and took some electives in art and illustration.

Since 2015, I've been helping creative people and companies tell stories through meaningful visual solutions. I have worked on projects in the editorial and analog games sectors, creating illustrations for independent authors and game designers, as well as RPG and board game publishers both within and outside Brazil, such as Buró Brasil, Retropunk Editora, and Just Insert Imagination.

There's still much more to come, and I hope we can write another part of this story together. =)
